Fever feeling from 8days

From last 8-9 days I am facing fever like feeling. Sometime feel hot body temparature  but not more than 98 degree. Also experiencing too much gas problem like burp and farting most of the time.  i had treatment of hodgkin lymphoma 12years back.  I am scared...  please let me know is this connected
