Hello sir, fever is not a disease, it is a symptoms indicating infection and monocyte should be between 2-8% of total white blood cells and during infection white blood cells count increasea, so monocyte count also increases. For symptomatic relief, take dolo 650 or any plain paracetamol one tablet and see if the temperature goes down. To rule out cause of the infection, get a covid test done as during pandemic times we don't want to take any chance, just in case to rule out the cause of infection as covid, along with that test for malaria and dengue.
