Check Throat and Urine RM ,, add syp Cefolac 100 7.5 ml twice perday x 10 days in case you don’t want to visit your Pediatrician

If fever is there beyond third day or not coming down with paracetamol syrup ,better to consult pediatrician directly so that any focus of infection can be found out..and can add on antibiotics and other medicines if needed

Most fevers in children are viral in origin and take 3-7 days to subside completely. If not accompanied by any other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed,just give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required. For higher level of fevers,syp combiflam instead of plain paracetamol can be given. If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms as above,consult your paediatrician.
