Hello doctor, Have fever from past two days temp was 101.8 and now its 100.8 and coming down to 99.5 . One of my nostril is blocked during night and unable to breathe.Consulted doctor and having following tablets. 1.Parago 650 2.Alleriz M 3.Gudcef 200mg 4 syp viscodyne 5.Ralikind dsr T.KARVAL.PLUS FOR INHALATION. Still my nose is blocked and feeling uneasy to sleep. Pls advice.

Use Xylometazoline nasal spray stat and sos for nasal block. Take steam inhalation with karval plus.
