It's seasonal fever and it will anyhow disturb for 4-5 days.

If you are considering visit to the doctor tomorrow, I would suggest not to start antibiotic (Cefix) and wait for evaluation.
As of now, take PARACIP 650 mg on full stomach as prescribed and do salt water gargles three to four times a day and also, steam inhalation 3-4 times a day.
