From tomorrow I have fever 102 and one side throat dard h vomiting also .. happening after eating paracetamol it's gone then after 6hr its return... what the rgn sir plz help .

It might be viral infection. Take paracetamol for fever and do cold sponging of body if fever is coming again and again. do warm saline gargles for throat pain. It will take few days to get better. Take consult for proper advice
