Hi , I can understand your concern. It can be due to mild respiratory tract infection. You need to plan for antibiotics and supportive medication. Take Tab azee 500 once a day before food Tab pan 40 twice a day before food Tab montek lc at night after food Tab paracip 659, 3 times a day after food Syp. Ambrolite s 5ml 3 times a day after food For 5 days.
