I have had a fever for 3 days and today I have developed rashes and red spots on my body except for my face and front neck and i am experiencing chills as well as headache and joint pain. What can be the diagnosis? And what should I do next?

Fever with rashes with headache mostly in case of typhoid fever or dengue fever

Check CBC Widal test Dengue serology
Health Tips
Drink plenty of water . Take paracetamol for fever . Take rest . Avoid spicy and hot food . Eat soft diet . After investigation I will tell treatment.
