Sir my son having 100 degree fever, mild loose motion, headache and leg muscle pain since morning. Also vomitted once.

Give paracetamol for fever and bodyache.. Use emset syp for vomit... For loose stool give enterogermina liquid two times a day... If similar history present in family then get done covid-19 test...
