I am suffering from fever and cold since from 1 day I took paracetamol and sinarest but too cold and fever is not curing .Can you please suggest me some antibetic .

No need of antibiotics. Just do fasting at evening for 5 days. And use warm water for drinking. No water intake after sunset. Mahasudarshan kadha no.1 , 4 table spoon with warm water 4 times a day.
