**Dear Parent/Guardian,**  Fever after an anti-rabies vaccination, especially when combined with a tetanus shot, is a known side effect and is usually mild and self-limiting. This occurs due to the body's immune response to the vaccine. You may manage the fever with **half a tablet of Crocin (if weight-appropriate)** as suggested, along with adequate hydration and rest.  However, if the fever persists beyond 48 hours, is high-grade (above 102°F), or is accompanied by other concerning symptoms like excessive lethargy, rash, or swelling at the injection site, a detailed evaluation is necessary.
