**Dear Parent/Guardian,**  Fever after an anti-rabies vaccination, especially when combined with a tetanus shot, is a known side effect and is usually mild and self-limiting. This occurs due to the body's immune response to the vaccine. You may manage the fever with **half a tablet of Crocin (if weight-appropriate)** as suggested, along with adequate hydration and rest.  However, if the fever persists beyond 48 hours, is high-grade (above 102°F), or is accompanied by other concerning symptoms like excessive lethargy, rash, or swelling at the injection site, a detailed evaluation is necessary. It's common,  ibugesic plus tab half half half after  food  or syrup ibugesic plus10 ml three times after food  for 3to5 days. Ice pack at inj site.
