Fell Down - Front Teeth/Gum area pain

Hi - My 3 year old kid while playing fell down on his front teeth so those small teeths got half slash broken and ruptured, no swelling/eating/sleeping fine but saying pain as gum/skin below that teeth is bit hanging and when it gets touched seems to be paining. Any ointment or lotion please so that to relieve pain/cure that sensitive skin area?

hello, ointment can only give relief for sometime just on the gums. as you mentioned there is sensitivity and tooth was ruptured looks like the nerve of the tooth is exposed. In this case antibiotics and pain killer has to be given. pulpectomy (root canal treatment) has to be done.
