I am not much impressed by the formula. Best thing  for energy is good food  which should have enough Carbohydrates,  Proteins and Fats  and provide enough energy for your requirements.  This decoction of all types of vitamins and minerals  and antioxidants is theoretically perfect but what all will be absorbed into the system is anybody 's guess.
