30weeks pregnant. feels dizziness and from yesterday morning little swelling in neck behind ear lobe with little pain I ate fully but yet feel dizziness what should I do

The swelling needs to be examined meet a doctor in person for dizziness have a good protein rich diet get your hemoglobin and blood pressure levels checked
