Feeling weakness, tiredness & sleepy

Sir, I in Job and doing travel for 50 Kilometeres per day by Bike and doing job for 8 hours. I always feel weakness, sleepy, tiredness etc in my all body part, specially in my hand and legs and due to this reason , I am unable to do work in office. kindly suggest remedy or specialized doctor
