Feeling vomthing sensation on Evening

Hi, From past 1 month, I am feeling some vomthing sensation around evening everyday. I am not understanding the cause of this sensation. After having my dinner this vomthing feeling disappears. Please help me with the cause of this random sensation. This might be some vitamin deficiency? Blood Tested - No sugar, No BP . Regards, Prem
