Follow few healthy sleep habits like
-sleep at same time every day
-sleep in a calm n comfortable place, absolute dark n silent
-dont use ur bed to my other activities other dan sleeping
-keep away all ur gadgets at night, including d ticking wall clock
-avoid caffeine n chocolate after 6pm
-Exposure to about 1hr of morning sunlight
- moderate exercise in d evening
-relax n freshen up by hot water bath before bedtime
-drink warm milk with a small banana before sleeping
- deep breathing relaxing exercise wit eyes closed while lying flat on d bed
Practice all dese above. If still continue to ve disturbing thoughts, speaking mind, insomnia den consultant a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and treatment.
