Hi for time being take a pain killer. N find a dentist near by.. pain may b due to gum problem r due to decay

From what u describe ...it can be either tooth problem or gums infected..plz take an x-ray fr better picture...and come t a conclusion...

Pain killer medications or even home remedies like clove can only provide temporary symptomatic relief but will not cure the problem and definitely it will be prudent if you visit a dentist as soon as possible. Regards.
