Feeling nausea and getting small burps

Hello I am feeling nausea since last few days It's especially first thing in the morning Throat feels dry and scratchy. Feels like something is their in the throat and trying to come out. If I dont drink water for a while, I ll get the same nauseatic feeling, once I drink water it ll reduce and I ll get small burps. No weird feeling in stomach. I get proper hungry and have good appetite My sleep cycle is bad for past 4 5 days due to work. Sleeping very late and getting up after 6 hours of sleep. Overall I get this nausea feeling quite often My diet is pretty average Though I drink enough water. I am not sexually active and lmp was 7 days ago. I am on the 7th day of cycle. What should I do? How to get rid of this symptoms?
