* Excercise is morning is must
* Avoid afternoon nap.
* Eat light food at night.
* eat 2 hr before sleep
* No consumption of alcohol , tobacco , coffee
or tea is allowed
*. Use ur bed only for sleeping, other activities
like chating , seeing video or playing game ,
eating , reading must be prevented
* Room must be dark , cool & calm.
