Feeling low

2018-03-22 04:38:16
I've been feeling low since few months, it has become very hard to concentrate on my studies. I can't explain what it feels like or what I'm going through, but whatever it is, I just hate it. I don't like to talk to anyone. I don't go anywhere, all the time I just in my room and do nothing. I don't know why, but I hate everything. And it's getting worse day by day. My friend suggested that I should see a psychiatrist. But I don't feel like sharing anything.

Don't have any hesitation in consulting a Psychiatrist at the earliest.

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counseling the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
