Hello, I always feels like I don't have enough energy like other people, feel sleepy and lazy always even after having 9 hours sleep as well. not able to focus on things, do overthinking sometimes. Can you help me to be a normal person who can do the stuff like normal youngsters with more energy.

Hello greetings!! First n foremost thing u need to do is check your thyroid function as hypothyroidism can cause the above mentioned symptoms. We also need to rule out atypical depression
