Hello doctor I was suffering from viral fever from the last 2-3 days I have taken medication as given by the medical shopkeeper my fever is in now control but I am feeling extreme dizziness extreme very much I can't concentrate and my head is feeling very heavy there is a numbness when I am speaking. What is happening please tell
