My name is A N Karthik and i have started doing Yoga and for reducing my belly i am using tummy trimmer.I do dumb bells exercise also.It takes nearly 1 hr to complete the exercise.I have been doing these exercises for the past 1 month and have reduced my tummy but i feel sleepy and exhausted after doing the exercises.Please suggesr a suitable remedy for this
You might be doing over exercises without good dietary support
This could have led to the exhaustion and you might be feeling tired and lethargic..
