Feeling dizzy and lightheaded

My mother has been complaining of feeling dizzy and lightheaded especially when she wants to stand up or sit, she checked her sugar it was ok and bp was 130/80 but she stil feel same for two weeks now, she is so worried same with me and the rest of our family please help
