Is sidelying breast feeding position is safe for a new born child?? Does this position make ear infection to d baby or it make milk to get absorbed in the baby's lungs?? My baby is 20days old.please suggest

No it's not safe ..days baby take 1 month to get adjusted for sucking...better mother be in sitting position to avoid choking and aspiration till 3 months

Breast feeding position 1. You can breast feed in sidelying - Make sure you do burping after each feed. Even in the night.You do burping in the night also.Keep upright .. After feed.And do burping.
