I always fear about some future uncertain event. The thing may happen or may not happen, but I start solving that issue in my mind and get tensed. I can't keep away from thinking. For example, I purchased a house plot recently. Now my problem is whether some boundary issues may arise with the neighbors, if so how to counter them. Like this, everything around me seems problematic for me. Please help me in getting rid of from this fear..
