From 6th August I am taking dronis 20 regular at 10:30 p.m Taking 3 hours late for 3 days: 26th-28th August Sex on: 26th August and 27th August Ended pills on 29th August Started bleeding on : 4th September - 8th September Now I am feeling full in upper abdomen always, pain in breast, blood in stool without constipation So is there any chance of pregnancy??? Please tell me properly

The chance of pregnancy in your case is nil. You had sex on 26 and 27 August and you had your periods on 4 September. That means that you had sex during the safe period. Fullness in the abdomen and pain in the breast takes more than 2 months to come. Blood in the stools has nothing to do with early pregnancy.

A drospirenone containing COC.. even if it is low dose pill like Dronis 20 is considered missed only if more than 24 hours pass since missing the last pill. Also, since you have had your period you re most likely not pregnant. Constipation and bleeding while passing stools can be because of hemorrhoids or anal fissure. Please consult a general surgeon for the same.

Blood in stools,pain in breast and fullness in uper addomen these are definitely not the symptoms of pregnancy. If you are in dronis regularly chances of pregnancy are almost negligible. You need to consult for your symptoms
