Faver with sour throat

From last 3 days having high fever and very sour throat due to which i am unable to eat & drink  easily, nose is fully bloacked, body pain, headache . Taking regular medicine, steam, gargales and gave blood samples whoose report i attached their. Please suggest what can i do to overcome that. Thank you so much for your valuable suggestions. Continue taking paracetamol three times a day Gargle and steam Take antihistamine twice daily Repeat cbc if platelets are going down consult a physician and if advise admissions please follow advise
