More than Multivitamin you need regular physical activity to tone up your muscles. Go for a one hour walk in the morning. Go for a half an hour workout in the Gym in the evening. In addition you have a healthy nutritious diet. Look after your hydration. You will get your energy back.

Yes you can take multivitamins. Zincovit is also a multivitamin . You can take capsule becosules which is a combination of vitamin B and C. It will also boost your immunity. In addition to that drink plenty of fuild ( water / fresh juice) and add green leafy vegetables and fruits. Have a walk daily to freshen up your mind.
