I have started running in early morning in order to loose fat. I have started taking warm lemon juice with honey.
I want to know, whether I should take lemon juice before running or after running.
And what should be the quantity of lemon juice.
Light lemon tea with or without honey, half an hour before running will boost your stamina like nothing else. Try for yourself!!
(Lemon can be added as much as you like)
