Fat level in body

I have started drinking alot of water lately..plus I stopped eating outside/junk food and started doing exercise/playing badminton. Still I gained weight more than ever i.e. 3.5kg in a month, which is very hard to accept for me. Is there something called water weight in body? Is there any procedure or test from which I can get my body examined i.e. how much fat is present in my body that i need to reduce or some water weight or anything else. Because i started all these things to reduce weight but i gained weight. Please help me out doctors. If any such thing is present to measure different different things weight in body please suggest me to come nd see in person.

For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.
