My 2 year old son fell down from a cycle . He fell on the outside tiles. His head bounced a little while falling down. Will there be any injury inside the head unnoticed . He is doing all fyn. Do we have to do any scan.

Should observe for 12 to 24hrs. If vomitings, fits, any altered behaviour, excessive crying /sleepiness, difficulty walking /speaking, any blood /fluid from ear/nose
