I get dehydrated really fast and whenever i am dehydrated or my stomach isn't that well because of what i eat,my body temperature would go up, i would get dizzy and my eyesight became fuzzy, and get sweaty and faint for a while, but when i drink ORS immediately, i am okay as if nothing happened for the rest of the day, this happened to me for like 4 to 5 times already. How can i get better?

Any one will have all above symptoms if he is dehydrated, any activity causing, or likely to cause dehydration should be preceded by adequate liquids
