Fainting in bathroom

A month before my father is faint in bathroom , early moarning . In dinner he takes yellow lentil ( Arahar daal). At mid night he feels like losse motion so he wait for sometime for moarning But at moarning he faints after standup from english toilet. After this incident hell go to the heart specialist dm doctor . He suggest some check 1. Ecg 2.echo 3. Holter All the reports are normal Before this incident hell take high bp tablets telmikind am After check doc gives medicine for high bp and now the bp is in normal range from 110to 120 and 80 to 90 I want to know about the problem is there any serious problem Plese help me. Ill attach the reports .

You started your question with the statement that you had called a DM Doctor in your house. He has started the treatment also. At the same time you should have asked this question to the DM Doctor. At least he has seen the patient which none of us has.

A lone episode of toilet fainting may have been due to sudden drop in blood pressure  while getting up suddenly.It is unlikely related to underlying heart conditions,as Cardiologist examination and investigations are normal , there's no need to be concerned. however prevention of such episodes in toilet is required such as drinking enough water , getting sound sleep ,and avoid standing quickly.

If it was a single time,probably it was related to the loose motion. However,please check blood sugar,cbc if nor done already and continue to monitor BP regularly
