Facing urticaria
Since 1 year i am facing urticaria. I have some allergies with food items. Also some weather conditions like cold triggers it. High intake of tomatoes, tamarind triggers it. Also observed similar issues with masoor and chana dal items.

Try to maintain a food log to determine the food items which cause allergy and take some medicines for curing it .Ayurveda has very good treatment for such problems.

Hello, if you have urticaria with certain food items it's always better to avoid these items as prevention is better than the cure. I will recommend detoxification Therapies / panchkarma therapy first ,along with medicines so that it can be cured completely.
