Facing Problem in my teeth & Gums
Hi,
I have Periodontitis issue in my teeths.
My Gums are feeling very weak and Blood are coming from my teeths.

Bleeding gums is a very common problem.. Firstly brush your teeth properly with super soft bristles toothbrush and also visit dentist and get scaling done.

Do warm saline rinses, add a pinch of salt to it. This will help to reduce inflammation of your gums and will reduce bleeding.
Increase intake of vitamin c rich food, can also take vitamin c tablets. This will further help you to reduce bleeding gums.

Gum problems, like bleeding gums, can be caused by plaque
Plaque is a sticky film of bacteria that constantly builds up around, on the teeth, its is gingivitis an early stage of gum disease.
