Pls help me to know why I am facing allergies problems .. I don't know the reason of allergies... Pls help me It iches very badly on the lower a d middle part of leg

Allergic reaction manifest outside as raches itching and various other forms. Substance which are foreign to body will be expelled out by body in the form of allergic reaction...Things which are outside the body causing such reaction are called external allergens Eg: talcum powder,few plants,sea foods whereas few which our bodys own autoimmune mechanism eg: IgE mediated
