I'm facing a chalazion (painless stye) on right upper eye lid from last one month ..No pain nothing only a pain less round hard ball kind swelling

Go for incision and curettage...its a minor surgery

Since it is present for past 1 month u can do incision and curretage of the chalazion under local anesthesia. (Minor surgery)

You can consult an ophthalmologist and try one week antibiotic course along with other supplementary medicines.if it doesnt subside you can go for removal of chalazion

U can try with Hot fomentation.. if it’s since a month, medical treatment will not help much.. n I don’t recommend tab doxycycline and that too for a month.. that’s too much
