  4. Eyelids of both eyes are down. Pls help!

Eyelids of both eyes are down.

Upper eyelids of both eyes does not move up by itself and slowly both eyes are closings ,small gap is left.This problem started two years back from now. Age is 18+. Doctors say's MRI report is normal, we visited almost all doctors in jaipur. Pls help!
