My right eye is twitching regularly after 10-20 minutes from last 2-3 days. Please suggest what to do is this serious?

May be due to stress and strain.pl hydrate your self. Pl have vision test. Pl use lubricant eye drops.pl take calcium and complex. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
