I am a banker and I have sight ,since 1 year I am facing head ache strained eye..when ever I take mobile phone I feel eye strain and head ache..I have ambition to study because of eye strain am not able to study please help me out

as a banker you might be passing most of your time on computer. and might have developed computer vision syndrome. please put lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop. and observe some precautions.
