  4. Eye present. 2 eyes? are my eyes safe?

My IOP stays 18 in both eyes. Over the last few months it's been 19 in both eyes, 20 in both eyes and 2 days back it was 18 in one eye and 21 in another. Is it normal to have different iops in 2 eyes? Are my eyes safe?

Hello Ma'am..the IOP readings are perfectly within the normal range of 10 to 21 mm of Hg and yes two eyes IOP can differ. There are certain subset of patients who fall into Normal Tension Glaucoma group. If you have any symptoms or Family history of Glaucoma then better to get a Glaucoma workup done which comprises of OCT RNFL, HFA 24-2, Corneal Pachymetry, Fundus Photo Optic Disc and GAT.
