Today in morning I got a thick transparent white discharge from both eyes. Although I don't have red eye, eye pain, burn and  blurry vision symptoms. Is it normal or something serious???

It might be due to conjunctivitis Please wash your eyes frequently with fresh water And can put moxicip eye drops 2hrly and ocupol eye oint at bed time. Also do hot foamentation Or consult an ophthalmologist nearby or Initiate online consultation with anybody

Sounds like conjunctivitis. Is there any blurring of vision ? Is there itching ? Do you have dust allergy ? Nose block ? Wash your eyes and see if it is increasing. Will need eyedrops if it is increasing
