Eye Allergy conjunctivitis

I have severe eye allergy from last 20 years and its getting worse. I have observed its due to increasing pollution with High AQI index, if i go to low AQI city its gets relief Red eyes, blurred vision, puffy eyes, itching etc Please if anyone have solution to this please let me know I am not opting for opthalmologist as its not working Please suggest any permanent solution please 🙏🏻🙏🏻
