Extremely low iron
Good evening doctor, my sister is 24 years old she had recovered from jaundice in September last year, was admitted in hospital for 9 days because of hepatitis a infection and jaundice right now she is having low iron in recent report which is 23mg anything serious , and recent report bilirubin is 0.2 thank you pls reply she stritcly follows good diet like eating ragi jowar and all since many years also she drinks spinach beetroot juice and eats apples also still her iron is low why please reply thank you
