Extreme insomnia

I cannot sleep, I mean my brain just never gets tired. I stay awake 24 hours & somehow if I get sleep, I hardly get sleep to 2 hours max. This is really affecting my health negatively. Please help me out.

Try some physical exercise and maintaining regular sleep and wake schedule. Do moderate exercise and avoid caffeine. If you still have sleep disturbances consult a Psychiatrist for further management
