Hello According to you it is external hemorrhoids so which is bleeding according to me generally diarrhea do not cause hemorrhoids it is constipation in which chronic straining which eventually leads to hemorrhoids Are you feeling some mass around anus? Or just bleeding?

Increase fibre and fluid intake—drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily, and add papaya, banana, oats, and vegetables to meals. 2. What to Monitor Amount and frequency of bleeding. Any increase in swelling, severe pain, or fever. Regularity of bowel movements. 3. Management Apply PiloGo or Anovate cream twice daily over the external pile for 5 to 7 days. Take Sitz bath – sit in a tub of comfortably warm water for 10–15 minutes twice daily to reduce pain and swelling. Avoid constipation at all costs. If stool is hard, take Cremaffin syrup 15 ml at night for a few days. Usually, mild ruptured external hemorrhoids heal within 7–10 days with this care. 4. What this likely is External hemorrhoids are varicose veins at the anal margin. They can thrombose and then rupture or ooze when the skin tears. Spotting / light oozing after rupture is common.
