I am currently 3 months postpartum(13 weeks completed). I have started slow walking recently and planning to do a brisk walk on threadmill with inclination from next week. Is it safe? This is my first delivery and it was c section

Usually after 6 weeks of cesarean you can start cardio exercises like jogging, swimming and walking. With regards to weight and strength training you can slowly start after 6 months of CS after taking your gynecologist's opinion.
