Yesterday I had normal loose motions, but yesterday night my loose motions turned into constipation, only few drops of liquid are coming and my stomach is paining, feeling like my stomach is blocked and its too much paining, my excretion part is paining a lot what should I do

Possible causes of this  Acute constipation after diarrhea Stool impaction (hard stool atak jana) Intestinal spasm infection  Dehydration Gastritis or food infection Irritable bowel syndrome Do exercise daily and avoid spicy and junk food and if you have pain in abdomen and take tab meftal spas sos after you don.t relief than consult will advise you medication and about diet and exercise

Take tab meftal spas one every 8hours for 3 days. Diarrhoea canbe followed by constipation for a day or 2 as intestinal motility is reduced with treatment. Nothing to worry. Just continue soft diet, drink more water.
